I have this tuning on the fifty:
-malossi kit alumini 45,5
-dellorto 19
-bubina topperfomanses
-lamelare polini
-scarico leovinci
What transfers would be appropriate for this tuning?
I would to go fifty 110km / h

your leovinci is the leovinci S ?
to arrive at 110 km/h you can put a pinion of 13 and a crown gear of 34.... -

I think with that modify you can't run over 100km/h (real speed, not by the original tachometer).
For 110km/h a better exhaust system is necessary.
Or a better cylinder. -

I try to transfers 13-34 but fifty go or so is still less than the transfers 12-34
I gave on fifty meter from the bycicle and has shown 108km / h at all possible to transfers 12-34. -

you said that 12-34 ratio run better than 13-34, ok this is the starting point for next test...
we need to analize detail ratio to know where we want to go to improving speed
12-34 ratio is 2.83 (OK)
13-34 ratio is 2.615 (WRONG)
2.615 is to much for your motor and it are unable to push fastest than 2.83 ratio...
well, my idea for other step to try this improving are:
11-31 ratio is 2.81
13-36 ratio is 2.77
12-33 ratio is 2.75
11-30 ratio is 2.72
13-35 ratio is 2.70
12-32 ratio is 2.67
now you have to try all this ratios (or some of this) till reaching the best result in maximum speed
